My New Waterpaint Curtains
I finally have another DIY project to share with you my friends. I’m sure you were getting kind of sick of all the cat talk, right? Or not?
Anyways, I’ve had white curtains for the longest time in our bedroom and thought I’d switch it up a bit.
I’ve also been wanting to include some watercolors in our home somewhere. I actually wanted one of the oh-so-popular floral watercolor patterns somewhere but when I passed this Jonathan Adler box on my desk the other day, I changed my mind.
I thought about the possibility to paint a more simple watercolored version on fabric instead.
Today I’m only sharing photos and next Monday {update: click HERE to see the tutorial) I will share the tutorial.
I’m not sure about keeping them in my bedroom because they do look great in our dining room as well.
Lets see. {update, you can see them in my dining room HERE}
But what I do know is that they are unique. I haven’t seen curtains like that anywhere yet and they make me happy 😉
Oh and did you notice the mirrors, my Craigslist mirrors? No? Yes? I changed them from turquoise to black.
Come back next Monday {update: click HERE to see the tutorial) to see how I was able to achieve this look!
