JORD wood watches

I’m not sure if I mentioned on the blog that my iPhone broke a couple of weeks ago while we were at the beach. It was so frustrating and I was without a phone for almost 5 days not to mention all the photos I lost of my son’s 13th birthday. Yikes! Anyhow where am I going with this? Well during that time I realized how much I had gotten used to checking the time on my phone. I didn’t even wear a watch anymore. It’s really awful if you have no clue what time it is and I guess I shouldn’t rely on my phone at all times because those things do run out of battery, get misplaced or in my worst case scenario do break.

So when JORD contacted me to ask if I wanted to review one of their  Watches Made From Wood I couldn’t jump on that chance fast enough! I’m very picky when it comes to my accessories and jewelry but when I saw their stylish watches, I knew this was the right fit for me. If you’ve been following me for a while then you also know how much I adore light colored wood flooring which I have had for over 15 years now so naturally I picked the Cora Series Maple & Silver watch which you can see HERE on their website.

Even the little pretty box the watch arrived in will have a spot in my home. It just matches!

I have really small wrists and I love chunky pieces but the watch isn’t too large or chunky to look off.
It’s just right.

Yes I’m all about mixing the patterns here and am really digging a folklore vibe lately.
And you can see how it perfectly mixes in with that style, even matches my favorite platos.

 

I love that Jord offers to size your watch for you before sending it out which is very convenient so you don’t have to run to the jeweler to get it done.

Am I right with saying this watch matches my style and home?

 

Gosh those hands look like true worker’s hands don’t they? Oh wait I should say aging worker’s hands.
