How to style a bookshelf
I get asked so many times if I have tips on how to style a bookshelf especially from followers on Instagram when I post about my brass bookshelf.
I’m not one of those people who can explain the process very well. I just play around with it until I like it. It’s a visual game to me.
There are so many of you who want step-by-step instructions and I finally have those for you. My friend Heather of “The Decor Fix” came up with a genius way of teaching you how to tackle the shelving units in your home in the form of online classes. Everyone can learn how to do THIS!
As a former teacher she explains the process really well and I also loved going through the classes to see the process broken down into sections and how it can be presented to anyone.
Believe me when I say you can do it too!
So who is Heather and what is involved in the class?

“Heather Freeman is the founder of The Decor Fix. As a designer & decor coach, she’s worked with over 150 clients worldwide to help them create a home they love. (In the process, she’s styled more bookshelves than she can remember.) Her true desire is to empower women to create a space filled with meaningful beauty that reflects their style and story.”
The classes are set up in four 90 minute video lessons.
So if you want your shelving to look similar to what you can see here,
but you don’t know where to start,
then this online course might really be the thing for you:

Much needed! I struggle with putting too much on my shelf and it looks cluttered. Love the cleanness and simplicity of yours!
