Todays post goes within the series of items in my house that I get asked about all the time. My coffee table falls into that category and people are always disappointed that I found mine at a thriftshop for $25.
Here is what I’m talking about:
I recently found out that it is a vintage Maison Jansen coffee table. Man I got lucky because I found one recently on Etsy with matching end tables for $1800 (photo above) and you can find the set HERE. It’s a steep price, I’ve also seen one for $500 already too on Etsy. You can read more about Maison Jansen by clicking HERE who were one of the world’s first international interior design firms.
Here is my coffee table in our living room for those of you who are new around here:
A lot of new people come from Pinterest and or Instagram and have questions so I hope these will answer them:
disco ball HERE | similar mirror HERE | similar star burst HERE | similar lamps HERE |
black lamp shade HERE | similar end tables HERE | curtains DIY HERE and similar ones HERE |
fringe pillows HERE | my jeans pillow tutorial HERE | similar jeans pillows HERE |
similar rug HERE (mine is vintage) | other rug HERE | similar pouf HERE | throw HERE
Most people are like me and don’t have/want to spend that kind of money, so I decided to find my favorite similar looking and cheaper coffee tables.
I’m really excited to share these because I found some amazing tables that are really similar and some that are just really pretty rectangular two tier coffee tables.

Lastly it’s always nice to see a feature in my local favorite magazine, especially when I’m at the doctor with my kiddos. They love it even more than I do:
Sooooo my friends have another wonderful weekend and talk to you on Monday.
