Palm Leaf Rug Moodboard
Today’s post all started with the palm leaf rug I mentioned in the headline and then it somewhat escalated because I had fun.
Let me explain, I had another friend ask me what I would do with the amazing palm leaf indoor/outdoor rug from Home Decorators because she knew I love to use indoor/outdoor rugs in my indoor spaces.
The obvious for me would be to use this rug in an office maybe with some lucite pieces, like a shelves or a desk.
But I decided to go with another living room moodboard instead.

It’s always so interesting to me to see how a room can change only with some small differences in decor and by showing you the room almost empty and then with the changes added. Believe me, this is super fun for me. And I always only include pieces that I’d love to have in my own home.
I adore the coffee table and it would be really cool to DIY since it’s pricey.

Which one do like better? Blue or green?
I’d love to have moodboards more often and I was wondering if you guys would email me or comment with certain items that you’d like to see options on how to decorate with. I’d pick some here and there to make a design with. It’s something I can even do while I’m traveling.

That palm rug!! The stripes! The curtains! That first one hit it out of the park for me. I would love to see a pillow pattern matching mood board! I always find the right combination hard to get sometimes. But I also like the ‘bones’ styled two different ways.

I have to go look a some indoor/outdoor rugs ASAP! My screen porch needs love and I kind of need that leaf rug in my life. I’ve been waiting for some inspiration maybe this is just what I need.
Ooh! That’s a tough one. I think I would do the art from the first option with the rug from the second option and maybe palm leaf pillows! lol I really like the palm leaf rug though.

Oh my god that coffee table!! That rug!!! I have been looking for outdoor rugs for my deck and if I was able to get that palm leaf one, I totally would have been tempted – it’s utterly fab. With that, I have to say I prefer the green! I’m really getting into green lately, I just love how inviting it makes a space xx
