I had sworn that I wouldn’t get on the Waterlogue wagon. I mean almost every blogger and non-blogger on Instagram has used that app. I told myself that I really didn’t need to spend almost $3 on an app. I love free apps and I was going to stick to that.
Well….aham….while doing my daughter’s hair the other morning, I had one of those lightbulb moments!
Last year I had a huge crush on a piece of artwork that Kristin from The Hunted Interior had used in her home and in another gallery wall. I had also seen it on other blogs but had told myself that I didn’t need to spend $20 for a print of someone else’s hairdo. (Ah, says the girl who got a $20 print of someone else’s lips for Christmas…)
So while doing my daughter’s hair I thought about taking a photo of her top knot and sending it through the Waterlogue app.
So easy, so adorable and such a cheap and fun piece of artwork.
