Do you ever get sucked into buying something through ads that you see somewhere? Well I just did and thought I might as well write about it.
Now that I have my pretty floating vanity in our updated bathroom, I didn’t want to put the old Panasonic spinning toothbrush system back on top of the vanity. Don’t get me wrong, I love the clean feeling you get from using a spin brush. What I didn’t like is the cable connected to the outlet, the fact that the rechargeable battery didn’t really load anymore, traveling with it, buying expensive brush heads or the yucky mess that the entire thing leaves behind when a family of 4 uses it. Beware of the ugly photos!!! Yuck!
So when I came across this ad on Instagram of these pretty little tooth brushes that looked like my iPhone had a baby with a toothbrush, I couldn’t resist.
I ordered a set of 4 for our family and subscribed to their refill subscription, meaning that you get new toothbrush heads and toothpaste every 3 months.
So now I want to tell you what I think of quib besides the obviously really stylish cable free look.
The big difference is that the toothbrush vibrates and doesn’t spin. I’m still not sure how I feel about that. I do kind of miss the spinning, since it does the work for you. This new brush you still pretty much use like a standard toothbrush that simply just vibrates also.
I love that I don’t have to plug it in though to charge and that it uses standard batteries which seriously comes in handy while traveling. It was a hassle when one of us traveled and couldn’t use the spinbrush set.
I love the fact that I get new brush heads shipped to my house, but I will cancel the toothpaste because my son and I use prescription toothpaste.
I guess what it comes down to is the not spinning part and only vibrating because these new brushes sure win in the most stylish brush ever title. I don’t mind them lying on top of the vanity now or being hung up with their included hanging attachment.
This isn’t a sponsored post or collaboration where I got free product, although I would have totally loved it to be. Whether I pay for the items I share or not, I’m always truthful and want to share products with you that appeal to me and I would use no matter what. I hope you know that.
What’s the latest thing you have bought through an ad? Or do you never get lured into buying something this way?
This HERE is a link where we can both earn free toothbrush heads should any of you decide to get one too and you can’t say that for my old yucky brush because those stupid brush heads were always way to overpriced.
