  3. Your trip sounds so wonderful. I want to know more about this Kaiserschmarn. Yes, I see the similarity with the plate wall and wall paper. Oh I make roast pork and sauerkraut frequently, it is one of my favorite dishes. Although I take the easy way and just toss some potatoes in mine. Looking forward to more posts from you.

  6. OMG Schnitzel is my favorite. Imagine my surprise when I came to the US first and went to one of those Wienersnitzel places only to discover it was a fast food chain with no Wiener schnitzels in sight. I was so disapointed. Beautiful pictures!!

    What is a Kaisersmarn? Is it some sort of Kugel?
